1. Program Description

Car Line Dispatching ("we," "us") operates an SMS messaging program that sends conversational and transactional booking messages to customers who opt in, including: booking confirmations, fare quotes, driver name/vehicle/plate details, driver arrival alerts, ride status updates, and responses to customer-initiated booking inquiries.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to the program in either of the following ways:

  • Text message: Text BOOK (or your ride details) to +1 (928) 683-5620. By initiating a text conversation with us, you consent to receive SMS replies related to your booking.
  • Web form: Complete the SMS opt-in form on our website and check the consent box.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any ride or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per booking (confirmation, driver details, arrival alert, and status updates). Customers with recurring bookings may receive additional messages per scheduled ride.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (928) 683-5620. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages from us. To rejoin, text BOOK to +1 (928) 683-5620 or opt in again via the web form.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Your privacy matters to us. Information collected through this messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
