When you book a ride or opt in to our SMS program, we collect: your name, mobile phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, requested ride times, and the content of your booking communications with our dispatch team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve our dispatch service, including: confirming and dispatching your bookings, sending you booking-related SMS messages (confirmations, driver details, arrival alerts, and status updates), responding to your inquiries, and maintaining records required by applicable transportation regulations.

3. SMS Consent and Mobile Information — No Third-Party Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third party.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with: (a) the licensed driver assigned to your ride (name, pickup location, and phone number as needed to complete the ride); (b) service providers who help us operate our dispatch and messaging systems, under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law or regulation.
